READ ACROSS AMERICA
Due to the weather closings, the Wacky Wednesday contest entries will be due tomorrow, Friday the 8th.  Monday, March 11th will be Wild Sox Day and each classroom will vote on the person with the wildest socks to win a goody bag from the library. Friday, the 8th is STILL wear something for the environment in honor of The Lorax.

Accelerated Reader Read the Most from Coast to Coast
Friday, March 1st is the Beat the Record for taking AR quizzes across the country.
All the students will be reading and taking as many quizzes as they can.
We're trying to beat the nation's record of 3,581, 992 quizzes! WOW!
During the Spaghetti Dinner parents can read with their children and watch them take quizzes.
Kindergarteners who don't take AR quizzes will have a Dr. Seuss contest.
PLUS, the Hartwood HOG race will be happening at 7:30! Which grade level will win??
